This AUP forms part of the Terms & Conditions and sets the limits on how you may use Neurokit at https://neurokit.cloud, operated by BUSKERA UAB. Whatever you generate through the Service — and how you use it afterwards — is your responsibility.
1. Prohibited uses
The prohibitions below are grouped by theme. Every category is treated as strict — there is no threshold at which any of these becomes acceptable.
People and society. Do not use the Service for any activity that is unlawful in a relevant jurisdiction; to generate or handle sexual content involving minors or any content that sexualises or exploits under-18s (such material is always reported to the competent authorities); to encourage, plan or enable violence, terrorism, self-harm, or the infliction of serious physical or psychological harm; or to harass, stalk, dox or threaten identifiable individuals, or produce content promoting hatred or unlawful discrimination.
Fraud and deception. No scams, phishing, forged documents or social-engineering campaigns; no impersonation of real people, brands or public bodies; no deepfake video or audio, cloned voices or otherwise manipulated media intended to deceive, defame or defraud, and no intimate imagery of any real person without their explicit consent; no disinformation aimed at misleading the public or interfering with democratic processes.
Intellectual property and privacy. Do not generate content that infringes third-party copyright, trademarks, personality rights, trade secrets or database rights, including deliberate attempts to reproduce a specific artist's work, likeness or protected style. Do not process other people's personal data through the Service in ways that breach applicable data-protection law.
Platform integrity. Do not build or deploy malware, exploits, ransomware or offensive-security tooling, or use the Service to intrude on, scrape, disrupt, degrade or overload any system, network or dataset. Do not bypass token metering, quotas, rate limits or security controls, or share accounts and keys to evade limits. Do not send spam or bulk unsolicited communications, whether crafted inside the tools or exported and delivered elsewhere. Do not use the Service, its Output or its API to build, train or evaluate a competing AI model, dataset or product.
High-risk deployment. Do not feed Output directly into safety-critical or high-risk systems — medical, industrial, transport, legal enforcement, financial gatekeeping and the like — without meaningful human review, adequate testing and any regulatory sign-off that domain requires.
2. Handle Output with care
Review, edit, fact-check and — for code — test Output before you rely on or publish it. Do not assume generated text is accurate, generated images clear of third-party rights, generated audio free of protected samples, or generated code secure by default. Where the law, a platform you publish on, or basic honesty toward your audience calls for it, disclose that content is AI-generated, and follow the terms of any upstream model provider.
3. Enforcement
When a breach is credible or ongoing, we may remove content, restrict features, revoke API keys, hold tokens and suspend or terminate accounts — with or without prior notice, in proportion to the severity — and we report serious cases to the competent authorities. We may review activity in order to keep Neurokit operational, safe and lawful, but we are under no general obligation to monitor what our users produce.
