These Terms are the agreement between you and BUSKERA UAB, company code 308066311, V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, Lithuania, the operator of Neurokit at https://neurokit.cloud (the "Service"). In the text below, "Neurokit", "we" and "us" refer to BUSKERA UAB. Registering an account, buying tokens or otherwise using the Service means you accept these Terms. If they don't work for you, please don't use the Service.
1. Eligibility and account
The Service is for adults — you must be 18 or older, or the age of majority in your country if higher. Provide accurate details at sign-up, keep your credentials and API keys to yourself, and treat everything that happens through your account as yours. Anything suspicious on the account? Write to [email protected] so we can look at it quickly.
2. What Neurokit is
Neurokit is a cloud AI platform that brings together a set of tools for content creation, code assistance, image and media generation, analysis and other everyday tasks behind one account and one token balance. Requests are dispatched to the third-party AI models best suited for each task; the exact catalogue of models, tools and features evolves over time, and we may add, adjust, restrict or retire any of them as the product develops.
3. Your material and what comes out
• Input — prompts, briefs, files, images, audio and anything else you send in. It stays yours. The licence you grant us is narrow: only what we need to run the material through the third-party models a request calls on.
• Output — the generated text, code, images, audio or other artefacts are yours as between you and us, to the extent any rights in them belong to us, provided you stay within these Terms and the AUP.
• Output produced by AI may be inaccurate, unsafe, non-original or resemble what other users receive. Check it — factually and, where relevant, for third-party rights — before you publish, ship or rely on it.
• No training on your data — your Input and Output are never used to train, fine-tune or evaluate our own AI models.
4. Following the rules
Our Acceptable Use Policy applies whenever you use the Service. In short: nothing unlawful, harmful, infringing or aimed at attacking the platform. Breach it and we may pause or close the account.
5. Payment
Neurokit is prepaid in tokens, bought as one-off packs from the Pricing page. Everything about currencies, taxes, payment methods and processors is set out in the Payment Policy; refunds are handled in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Our intellectual property
The software, interface, templates, documentation, brand and the "Neurokit" name and logos belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service in line with these Terms — not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer it, or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts or code beyond what mandatory law expressly allows.
7. Warranties and liability
The Service and its Output are supplied "as is" and "as available", with no warranties beyond those the law imposes on us. Output is not professional advice — not legal, medical, financial, engineering or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability toward you for any claim connected with the Service is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and one hundred euros (EUR 100). Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is not affected, and your consumer rights stay intact.
8. Suspension and closure
You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. On our side, we may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms or the AUP, where the law obliges us to, or where continuing to serve you would expose the platform or other users to unacceptable risk. Where circumstances allow we normally warn first.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the Service, our business or the law evolve. Where a change is material, we signal it in the Service or by email before it takes effect; continuing to use Neurokit after that means you accept the revised text.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and the Lithuanian courts have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumers keep the mandatory rights and forums of their country of residence, and may refer a dispute to Lithuania's State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT, https://vvtat.lt) or, elsewhere in the EU, to the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).
